My degree is more than a credential; it is a symbol of her sacrifice. But more importantly, her life taught me the most critical lesson of my career: You can build something significant from the simplest beginnings—but only if the foundation is solid.
This drive led me into the corporate world, where I spent years building a solid foundation across customer service, sales, and marketing. Working with several established companies, including nearly a decade in high stakes real estate at Avida Land Corp , I learned the heartbeat of business operations. My time in customer service taught me the art of communication and the patience required to solve complex problems under pressure. My roles in marketing and sales sharpened my ability to understand buyer behavior and position offers effectively. These experiences were not just jobs; they were the training ground where I learned how to navigate frustrated clients, streamline complex processes, and keep service at the forefront of every transaction.
Even as the global pandemic changed the landscape of work, I remained committed to my professional growth. While surpassing every quota in a volatile market—thanks to the backend frameworks and broker support systems I architected, I also launched Jhaydzcrafts Handmade. This creative outlet became more than just a passion project; it grew into a successful business that gained significant traction and a loyal following during the pandemic. This was my playground to practice and learn how to manage a business in a digital-first world. By applying my corporate knowledge to my own vision, I discovered how digital systems and automation could expand reach and facilitate faster decision making.
As a Sales Operations Senior Specialist, my role went far beyond data: I was the architect of the Broker Ecosystem. By engineering the backend frameworks that supported our brokers, I ensured our sales engine exceeded annual quotas by 400% in just 7 months.
But this success came with a hidden “Manual Tax.” Because we didn’t have a CRM to filter the leads yet, I was “spoon-feeding” a monsoon of inquiries with my own life force. I reached the goal, but it cost me my health. I realized that even a high-performance engine will burn out the Architect if it isn’t built on the right foundation. That realization was the birth of Join Me Virtual.
I transitioned to becoming a systems partner for others because I refuse to let other founders be consumed by a success that has no soul.
